Slow fashion

Since 2000, we have proudly produced slow fashion – long before the term became known. We know that our production is not perfect when it comes to sustainability, but we work hard to avoid waste, use natural materials and create good conditions for our employees.

High quality and durability

In line with the slow fashion mindset, we believe that clothes should be made to be worn for many years and not just thrown away after a single season. The longer you can wear our clothes, the better. That’s why our wool and linen garments are created with durability in mind. Every season we carefully select fabrics and materials for our designs to ensure strong quality. With high quality and the right care, your Dalia garments will stay beautiful for many seasons.

Less is more

We launch new designs twice a year, unlike the fast fashion trend where every month has a new style and mood. We believe that ‘less is more’, and with classic wool and linen clothing we ensure a timeless look. We put love, soul and craftsmanship into the collections we create and spend many hours creating just the right look. In return, you get beautiful linen and wool garments with a perfect and comfortable fit.

We make orders to order

We minimize waste by only producing garments after receiving orders from our retailers. Our business focuses mainly on sales to retailers in Northern Europe and we only produce to order. This means we have no inventory or waste. This ensures that we do not produce goods that are not purchased or used.

Natural materials

Our linen clothing is certified with OEKO-TEX Standard 100. This guarantees a safe product with no harmful substances in production.

With roots in Lithuania, we want to produce our wool and linen clothing locally, which is why all production takes place in Lithuania. We ensure a fair wage for our sewing room workers, which results in a slightly higher price for our garments compared to other linen garments on the market.

Made in Europe

We only work with natural materials. 35% of all microplastics in the oceans come from clothing and textiles, and synthetic fibers are particularly polluting. On the other hand, linen as a natural material is environmentally friendly and a great choice for your wardrobe. Linen is our brand and we love all the properties of linen. Flax can grow in nutrient-poor soil and requires only small amounts of water during production. As a fiber, linen is strong, durable and not least biodegradable. Another material we love is wool. Wool, like linen, requires minimal energy to produce and is also biodegradable.

Likewise, the majority of our linen fabric and yarn is from Lithuania. In addition to linen, we source our wool qualities from Italy.

We are proud to say that our production is European, so your Dalia wool and linen garments have a short journey from us as the manufacturer to you.
