Prices

At Dalia.dk all prices are in DKK, Danish kroner, and incl. VAT. We make reservations about any errors in noted prices. Further we reserve the right to change prices without consent. Moreover, we make reservation regarding sold out products.


Payment

Pay with VISA-Dankort, VISA, and Mastercard. All prices are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. WAT.


Delivery

Dalia aims to ship your order as fast as possible, meaning 1-4 days after placement of order.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping costs start at 39 kr. Products will be delivered to the delivery address noted in the order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

We also ship to EU countries and Norway. Shipping costs start at 70 kr.

We ship Monday – Friday, and your order will be delivered 5-6 days after order placement. Longer delivery time may occur for shippings to EU countries and Norway. For certain products special delivery conditions apply. These conditions will be clearly noted before purchase.


Warranty

Dalia.dk checks all products before shipping. Should you experience defects, please contact us by sending an e-mail to dalia@dalia.dk or calling 23 74 43 71 and we will figure out a solution.

Fair shipment costs regarding warranty will be covered by Dalia provided that warranty covers.

Warranty term: Two years from the date of purchase. This means that you as a customer can file a complaint regarding defects occurring within 24 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover defects caused by wrong use, wear, wrong washing, or lack of maintenance. Warranty only covers defects existing at the time of purchase.

If we are unable to figure out a solution, you can also file a complaint regarding one of our products to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. We do not accept packages sent on cash-on-delivery basis.


Refund

In case of refund, we kindly ask you to send bank account details to which we can transfer the agreed amount.


Return

When you buy from dalia.dk you have 14 days fully return policy form the date that you received the goods. Within this period, you can inform us that you have regretted the purchase and return the goods to us. This right of cancellation only applies to unused products. As a consumer you have the rights to take the goods into ”eyesight”, which means that you have the rights to check the goods as you would do it in a physical store.

Following products are not included in the return policy:

  • Products that are produced according to customer’s specific needs or personal design.

We should be informed about return at the latest 14 days after purchase. This has to be done by sending an e-mail to dalia@dalia.dk. In the e-mail you should clearly state that you wish to make use of our return policy. You cannot return an order by simply denying to receive the product when shipped.

After informing us about your return, send the order to us within 14 days. When returning, you are in charge of covering shipping costs and ensuring that the product is securely packed and sent to us.

After we receive the product and inspect it, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.

In case of damage, this will be deduced from the amount. When making use of the return policy, all amounts will be return to you, including shipping costs (except if other shipping option besides the cheapest standard option was chosen).

We can hold back the amount for return until we have received the goods.
